We have an important update for our customers regarding the performance of our Klover app on certain types of Android devices. Our engineers have identified stability issues with some devices, which can affect the overall in-app experience of our users. We want to take proactive steps to address this and ensure a better user experience for everyone.
As of July 14, 2023, the following devices will no longer be able to request an advance:
- HMD Global Nokia X100
- Motorola Moto G Pure
- Schok Schok Volt SV55
- Wingtech REVVL V+ 5G
By August 4, 2023, you will no longer be able to access the Klover app on any of the above listed devices.
We apologize for any trouble this may cause, as we understand that this change may require you to make some adjustments. However, we want to assure you that we are here to support you during this transition. To help you navigate this situation, we would like to offer some helpful options:
- Utilize Your Remaining Amazon Cashout Points: If you've accumulated any cashout points, we encourage you to take advantage of them. You can convert your points into an Amazon gift card or use them for other exciting rewards available within the app, such as Sweepstakes or Spin-the-Wheel.
- Switch to a Supported Device: To continue enjoying the benefits of the Klover app without interruption, we recommend using a different Android device that is compatible with our app. Simply install the Klover app on your new device, and you'll be able to log in and access all the features as usual.
- Permanently Delete Your Account: If you prefer to not switch devices to continue using the Klover app, our customer support team is available to assist you in permanently deleting your account. Please reach out to our support team, and they will guide you through the process.
