We currently do not have an exact date or timeline when you will be removed. Some customers may be eligible within a few days and others may have waited a few weeks to request a boost. You may have been placed on our waitlist due to the following:
- Payroll Deposits: We require a strict pay cycle with no variations. The system must be able to detect a consistent pay deposit from your employer. We currently do not accept monthly deposits at this time or unemployment.
- Institution Not Supported: Your bank may not participate in our program and therefore may be placed on our waitlist until we can finalize a partnership. Some banks are Capital One, Discover, Green Dot, etc.
- Pay Deposits: We require all of our approved users to average $250 per deposit/check. Meaning all your deposits must be above $250. Anything under is not accepted. Hourly employees are not eligible at this time.
