Most of our customers will continue to be eligible for an advance after we successfully collect repayment for the prior advance. However, some customers may experience being placed on a temporary waitlist or placed in our points program.
I just repaid my advance a few days ago, and now I'm on your waitlist?
Yes, we apologize for the confusion! Ideally, all of our loyal customers would remain active and have no eligibility interruptions. However, if our system detects the following changes, you may be placed on our waitlist:
- Cash Flow (spending/transactions can sometimes take a few days to update on our end)
- Direct Deposits (are there 3 direct deposits from your employer within 60 days?)
- Pay Cycle (is your pay cycle consistent?)
- Employer (has your employer's payroll name changed?)
If any of these have recently changed, our system may take some time to update your account. Typically, once these requirements are met, you shouldn't have any problems requesting an advance.
