When linking your banking information, you may have gotten this message, "At Klover, we use a third-party bank connection provider. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to connect properly with your bank account because of technical difficulties at the 3rd party provider."
If you received the above message, it simply means we could not connect your banking details.
Why does this happen?
There are a few reasons as to why you are receiving this message. But the most common one is that your bank servers are down.
What do you suggest I do?
Hold tight. Most bank servers take a few minutes to a few days to go back up. We encourage you to log out from the app and log back in to refresh the account.
