No, we are unable to change the repayment date or deposit dates on your account, including pay date modification. Our system isn't fully compatible with detecting semi-monthly pay schedules or Fixed Length pay schedules. These types of pay schedules are unique and vary per employer. The system, for now, is trying its best to predict your upcoming pay deposit.
I'm worried I will overdraft because you have the wrong payback dates now?
We can understand your concerns. Rest assured we will not attempt to collect the boost repayment if there are no available funds in your account. We are unable to overdraw an account. If the system determines there are no available funds on the scheduled payback date we will not attempt to collect. However, we will attempt to withdraw the funds at a later date.
