Sorry to hear you are having trouble redeeming your points. There a few reasons as to why you see a balance but are unable to redeem your points:
- You linked an account that has no direct deposit
- You do no have three direct deposits within the last 60 days from a participating employer
- Your direct deposits are below $250
- You linked a bank account that has no cashflow or transaction history
