Cancelling my membership

You can cancel your membership directly on the app. Please follow these steps:

1. Account
2. Cancel Membership
3. Continue to Cancellation
4. Please select why you are canceling your membership.
5. Check the acknowledgment box
6. Log Out
7. Log in (no membership option will appear)

Please note — memberships do not entitle you to advances. Instead, our membership program gives you access to our financial tools, points, and giveaways. If you have any issues cancelling your membership, please reach out to our support team!
