**If you are a Chase Bank user, the information below does not apply. Please read our article posted here if you are a Chase Bank user**
We recently updated our app software, and have an important message for those customers who bank with an ineligible institution on our app. If you have a bank that is ineligible for participation on the Klover app, you may be able to link your bank, but you will not be able to request an advance. The advance will continue to fail, no matter how many times you attempt to request one.
For example, PNC is not an accepted bank on our app, but it is listed on Plaid. A PNC customer may link their bank account to their Klover account without an issue, since Plaid has it listed as a partner. However, PNC does not allow ACH transactions. When this customer requests an advance, it will automatically fail, because PNC does not allow ACH - which makes it ineligible with Klover.
If you have more than 4 advances that have failed within a few hours, or are continually trying to request an advance and it keeps failing in the app, you will not be able to move forward. We are so very sorry for the inconvenience! If you are positive your banking institution is accepted on our platform and are still experiencing this issue or something similar, please feel free to reach out to us.
