Hey Android customers, we truly apologize for the inconvenience you may be facing with accessing your account. If you are receiving an error message like the one below, please try the following steps to gain access to your account:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the app to the latest Android version, 3.24.5.
2. Log in to Klover using your existing credentials. Please make sure you are signing in with the email address associated to your Klover account, and your original password. **Please note** If you tried to create an account on or after 5/1 in order to bypass this error, please do not use the new credentials.
** If you are a new user as of 5/1, please try to create a new account again!
3. Please ensure you are selecting "log in" instead of "sign up". You should not need to enter your phone number during this process unless you are creating a brand new account.
