Submit a Request: In your app, select "Contact Customer Support". Then, select the "Help" button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, and submit a request. These requests come through as an email and our team is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) to help you.
Chat: Chat with us right from your app! Select the "Help" button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, and select the chat option. Our Chat team is available Monday - Friday, 10AM - 5PM CST (Central Time). Chat support is not available on the weekends at this time, sorry!
Phone: Call us at 888-293-8767 to speak with one of our friendly customer support agents. Our team is available for phone calls Monday - Friday, 10AM - 3PM CST (Central Time). Phone support is not available on the weekends or on federal holidays, sorry!
