Submit a Request: In your app, go to your Account Settings and select the "Help" button. This will bring you to our Help Center, and in the bottom right hand corner of this screen, you will see a speech bubble. Click this to submit a request. These requests come through as an email and our team is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) to help you.
Chat: Chat with us right from your app! Our Chat team is available Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 5:30PM CST (Central Time). Go to your Account Settings and select the "Help" button. This will bring you to our Help Center, and in the bottom right hand corner of this screen, you will see a speech bubble. Select this speech bubble, and if it is during chat hours, you will see the "Start Chat" button after filling out your information. Chat support is not available during weekends or holidays at this time, sorry!
Email: Send us an email to support@joinklover.com. Our email team is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week with a skeleton crew on the weekends.

We are a small, happy team of customer support representatives, and we will do our absolute best to respond to you in a timely manner. If reaching out by email/submitting a request, you can expect a response from one of us within 1-2 business days.
Please note that we answer messages in the order that they were received. We love to hear from you, but sending multiple messages will not increase the overall promptness that they will be answered in.
