Customers who reside in Connecticut or Maryland will not be able to request an advance with immediate debit delivery unless they have enough points to cover the delivery fee.
There was a state mandate passed that has caused Klover to change the way customers living in Connecticut or Maryland pay for their advance delivery. If you currently have an address in one of these states listed in your Klover app as your home address, and you do not have enough points to cover the immediate debit delivery fee for your advance, you will not be able to request an advance -- until you have enough points to cover this fee. This change was made due to state regulations and was not Klover's decision.
FAQs
Why do I now have to redeem points for instant transport fees?
These two states have passed laws that require Klover to no longer charge fees for cash advances for customers who are Connecticut or Maryland residents. You may have noticed some other providers no longer offer advances to customers who reside in these states. Unlike many other providers, Klover is still able to offer these residents instant cash advances by allowing customers to redeem points for the instant transport fee.
