I completed an offer, but haven't received my points. What should I do?
Points for some offers are credited immediately, but for other it might take a bit longer. We encourage you to allow a minimum of 72 hours for the points to appear in your account. If you don't see them in a few days, feel free to reach out to customer support.
What should I do if I still haven't received my points?
For Partner Offers:
If it has been more than 72 hours and you don't see the points in your account, we apologize for the delay. To assist you further, we kindly request that you provide us with the following information:
1. Name of the merchant where you completed the offer (Stash, Acorns, etc.).
2. A screenshot of the confirmation or sign-up page of the offer, including the date. This is to to show proof of sign-up and to ensure enough time has passed before we are able to manually add points.
3. If multiple steps were required to complete the offer, a screenshot showing proof of any additional step you needed to complete.
For Partner Offers that require a deposit or investment:
If it has been more than 6 business days since you made your deposit or investment and you don't see the points in your account, we apologize for the delay. To assist you further, we kindly request that you provide us with the following information:
1. Name of the merchant where you completed the offer (Survey Junkie, Credit Strong, etc.).
2. A screenshot of the confirmation or sign-up page of the offer, including the date. This is to to show proof of sign-up and to ensure enough time has passed before we are able to manually add points.
3. A screenshot of the deposit/investment made, either from your bank statement OR of the email you receive when the deposit is successful. For example, if a partner offer required you to deposit $5 for completion, please send us a screenshot showing you deposited $5.
** Please note - the partner offer merchant must be downloaded for the first time, existing accounts do not qualify for points. Offers can only be completed once. Klover Support will only accept sign ups through our app from the last 90 days. **
For Games:
If it has been more than 24 hours and you don't see the points in your account, we apologize for the delay. To assist you further, we kindly request that you provide us with the following information:
1. Name of the game that you downloaded and played (Domino Dreams, Cash Billionaires, etc.).
2. A screenshot of the gaming feature you are referring to (Partner Offers, Play Games, Besitos, RevU)
3. A screenshot of the level/chapter/phase you have completed.
Each game must be downloaded for the first time through one of the features in our app. We will investigate this information and work to resolve the issue promptly. Please keep in mind that you must opt into tracking and notifications to automatically receive points for each game. Using multiple devices can cause tracking issues, please play from the device you downloaded our game from.
**If you have already received points for a specific game on our app, it is not possible to receive points for the same game on a different feature.
Are points earned from partner offers added to my account instantly?
While some partner offers do provide instant points, others might require a brief processing period.
For Partner Offers that require sign-up ONLY: Please allow a minimum of 24 hours.
For Partner Offers that require sign-up PLUS a deposit or investment: Please allow a minimum of 6 days.
For Games: Please allow a minimum of 24 hours AFTER you completed the level/chapter/phase.
How can I track the status of points earned from partner offers?
You can monitor the status of points earned from partner offers and games by checking your "Points History" section on the Points tab in the app. Again, please keep in mind that the processing time may vary depending on the offer. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our customer support team after the waiting period has passed.
