We’ve recently removed our cashout feature, which let our customers exchange Klover points for Amazon gift cards. This change is part of our effort to rethink and improve the experience, with the hope of offering something even better in the future.
Why did Klover remove the Cash Out feature?
After looking at how the feature was being used, we found that it wasn’t a great fit for most of our customers. Instead of keeping something that didn’t bring much value, we’re taking time to explore new ways to make the Klover points experience more rewarding.
Will the feature come back?
We’ll be sure to keep our customers updated if we decide to bring the Amazon cashout option back or introduce something new and improved.
What can I do with my Klover points now?
Right now, your points will remain in your account, and while there are no current Amazon cashout redemption options available, you can utilize your points to request a higher advance, pay delivery fees, and spin the wheel.
I’d still like to exchange my points for a gift card.
We totally understand the request, but at this time, we’re not able to make any exceptions. Thank you so much for your understanding!
