...after my repayment is collected?
Once a repayment has been received, processed, and posted in our system, you should see the option to request a new advance from your dashboard. Payment processing typically takes up to 3 business days from the date of collection, depending on your financial institution.
For example, let's say your advance repayment was scheduled to be collected on Friday, June 5th. You should be able to request a new advance by Thursday, June 11th at the latest (Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days).
...after my paycheck is deposited?
We have a short waiting period after you receive a paycheck that may affect your ability to get an advance right away. This is because our system is detecting your paycheck and determining your eligibility. If you see a message that says it is "too close to your payday" to request an advance, wait a day or two and that message should disappear.
