Once your advance has been requested, there is no way to edit the amount. Customer Support does not have the ability to manually increase your cash advance amount at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
The only way to increase your advance amount is by participating in our points program. Earn points and convert them to advance dollars as an extra boost. View ways to earn points in the app here. Once you have the number of points needed for the dollar amount you want, you can select to use these points in the advance flow.
