🔍 Why did my advance fail?

You may see an advance failure message if:

• Your advance didn’t deposit into your bank account

• You requested an advance but never received it

• The app shows no record of your advance request

🔧 How to fix a failed advance

To resolve a failed advance:

1. Relink your debit card

2. Contact your bank
   Ask if there are any holds, freezes, or restrictions on your bank account or card

🔁 Still failing? Try a full reset

If relinking your card didn’t work:

1. Remove your bank account (this will also remove your debit card)

2. Wait 24 hours

3. Relink your bank account

4. Relink your debit card

5. Request a new advance

🚫 Is my bank unsupported?

If your advance continues to fail, your bank may not be supported, or may be experiencing a temporary server outage. Give it some time and try again!
