Klover makes payments easy by automatically withdrawing your repayment from the debit card or bank account you’ve linked in the app.
✅ Here's How It Works:
We try your debit card first.
If your debit card is active and connected, we’ll collect the payment from there.
Debit card payments usually clear in 2–6 hours.
If your debit card doesn’t work, we’ll try your bank account (ACH).
This can happen if your card is expired, locked, or disconnected.
Bank (ACH) payments can take 3 business days to clear.
If your bank account is also unavailable (for example, if it’s closed, frozen, or disconnected), our payment processor will:
Try to collect your payment automatically a few more times.
If we still can’t collect after 1 week, you’ll see a “Retry Payment” button in the app.
Tap that button to restart the process—we’ll try your debit card first again.
No need to worry if everything’s connected!
-
If it’s been less than 2 weeks since your due date and your debit card and bank account are linked with funds available, we’ll keep trying automatically.
No action is needed on your end!
