❌ Can I Cancel My Advance Payment?
We understand that plans change — but unfortunately, advance payments cannot be canceled. All payments are automatically processed through our secure payment provider, and our support team does not have the ability to manually stop or cancel them.
💡 Worried About Overdraft Fees?
If you’re concerned about a potential overdraft, here’s how our system works:
No funds in your account? We won’t attempt to collect the full repayment if your account has insufficient funds. In other words, Klover won't overdraft your account.
Partial funds available? We may collect the amount in smaller partial payments over time until the full balance is repaid.
This means you could see multiple smaller charges from Klover instead of one large one.
🏦 What if My Bank Allows a Charge With Insufficient Funds?
Each bank handles transactions differently. If your financial institution allows the charge to go through when you don’t have enough money, you may be charged an overdraft fee.
Klover is not responsible for any overdraft fees and cannot issue refunds.
That said, we strongly recommend contacting your bank — many will work with you to reverse the fee.
