Did you notice a partial payment collected from your bank account? Our system is programmed to attempt collection on your repayment date automatically. If you do not have enough funds in your account to cover the full amount due at the time of repayment, our app may collect a partial payment toward your balance.
If the system does not detect any funds in your bank account on your repayment date, it will not attempt collection until it detects funds. This is put in place to prevent overdrafts for our customers.
Currently, our app does not display partial payments applied towards the balance. This is a design update that we are working on. If you would like to know the balance on your account, and any payments that have been applied towards the balance, please reach out to support.
