What is Plaid OAuth?
Some banks use a process called Plaid OAuth to secure bank connections to Klover.
OAuth stands for Open Authorization
You’re redirected to your bank’s official site/app to log in and grant access
Please ensure that you allow Klover full access to all the accounts. Without allowing full access, your bank blocks us from being able to process deposits correctly
Why do I need to grant full access?
To process your advance request, Klover must be able to:
Verify your account details
Check transaction history and deposits
Ensure your account is in good standing
Without full access, your advance request may fail.

🛠️ Having issues? Try relinking your bank account
If you're experiencing issues with Klover and haven’t relinked your bank account yet:
Go to the Bank Settings in the app
Remove and relink your bank account
Follow the on-screen steps
🔁 This often resolves common connection errors.
Once you complete this process, you should be all set to move forward with your account!
