If your repayment already cleared your bank account but the app still says "processing," here's what to know:
⏳ It can take up to 5 full business days for your payment to reflect in the app
📅 If it's been less than 5 business days, please allow more time
⚠️ If it's been more than 5 business days, Klover may not have successfully processed the repayment. Our payment processor will continue attempting payment for 14 days, so there is nothing further you need to do.
🏦 Please note that weekends and bank holidays can add an additional business day of wait time
Even if your bank shows the payment was collected, the process isn’t complete until it reflects in your Klover app!
Debit Card vs. ACH Payments
Klover tries to collect your repayment in this order:
Debit Card Collection

Usually reflects in your app within 1 business day
ACH Bank Transfer (if card fails)
🔁 Takes up to 5 full business days
Delays may occur if near weekends or federal holidays

If your payment is collected via ACH on Friday, Jan 9:
👉 It may not reflect in your app until Friday, Jan 16
🗓️ Weekends and federal holidays are not business days, and can cause delays. The date of repayment is also not included in 5-business day time frame.
If your payment has not been withdrawn from your bank account, and it has been over 14 calendar days since your payment was due, we can provide next steps.
