To close your Klover account, please follow these steps:
1. Select Profile (upper right hand corner)
2. Select the 'Settings' Button in the list of options
2. Click on "Delete My Account"
3. A pop-up message will appear. Select "Delete My Account"
4. Select the acknowledgement box on the next page, confirming the deletion request
If you have an advance history with us, you may not be able to delete the account via the app directly. Please let us know so we can help close your account.
If you would like to deactivate your Klover+ monthly subscription, but keep your Klover account active, please follow the instructions for cancelling your Klover+ membership .
We cannot close accounts that have outstanding balances at this time.
