To close your Klover account, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your settings (little person icon in the right hand corner of your dashboard)
2. At the very bottom, select "Delete My Account"
3. A pop-up message will appear. Select "Delete My Account"
4. Select the acknowledgement box on the next page, confirming the deletion request
If you have an advance history with us, you will need to contact our support team to have your account closed.
Here's how you can contact us:
Submit a request: Select the "Help" button in the bottom right hand corner of this screen and submit a request.
Email: Email us at support@joinklover.com with the subject titled "Close Account".
Chat: Chat with us from your app Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6:30PM CST.
If you would like to deactivate your Klover+ monthly subscription, but keep your Klover account active, please follow the instructions listed here.
We cannot close accounts that have outstanding balances at this time. If you need assistance making a payment, please reach out to us.
