If you're looking to repay your balance, thank you! Whether your payment didn’t go through as expected or there’s a hiccup with your bank connection, we’re here to help get everything sorted.
📌 First, is your payment due, or are you looking to repay early?
We can help with both!
If your payment is already due, keep reading below for the next steps.
If you're looking to repay early, we’ve got a special guide just for that:
👉 How Do I Repay Early?
⏳ Has it been at least 3 full business days since your due date?
If your payment was due and didn’t go through, we’ll need to wait until 3 full business days have passed before we can try and reattempt the payment on our end.
🗓️ Example: If your payment was due on a Friday, we can reattempt payment starting the following Thursday.
Once that time passes, you’ll have a few options for repayment. Keep reading to learn more!
🏦 What if the payment didn’t go through?
Sometimes your payment didn't go through due to a bank-related issue, such as:
A failed attempt to collect the payment on or after your due date
A disconnected or inaccessible bank account or a locked/frozen debit card
A connection issue between our system and your bank
If this happens, don’t worry—we’ve got other ways to help.
📲 Can I try to repay in the app?
Yes! If it’s been at least 1 full week since your due date, you will be able to try repaying using the “Pay Now” button in the app.
You can attempt this more than once
However, if you’ve already tried this once and it still did not process after 3 business days, or if an agent already tried to collect it manually and it did not process, that may mean there’s a bank connection issue
- Please note that when you click this button, the payment will be scheduled for the next business day.
If that’s the case, we recommend not continuing to click retry. Instead, we’ll help you with a different solution.
If your full balance is not collected on the due date, don't worry, Klover won't ever overdraft your account!
