Why is my payday wrong or my repayment date inaccurate?
Our system auto-detects paydays based on your bank activity. It works best if you’re paid on a regular 7-day or 14-day schedule.
If your pay cycle falls outside of a 7- or 14-day schedule, or if our system detects multiple different employers, your repayment date may not align correctly.
Tip: If the repayment date looks off, try waiting a day or two. It may update automatically.
Can you manually update my payday?
Not right now. We rely on your bank connection to detect paydays. Manual payday selection is a feature we’re working on for the future!
Can you change my repayment date?
We can't change your repayment date - our system detects your paydays automatically.
I’m worried about overdrafting—what happens if I don’t have enough funds?
If there aren’t enough funds in your account, we won’t attempt to collect the full repayment amount.
Partial payments may happen if some funds are available.
Your bank controls whether to approve or reject the transaction.
If a charge goes through and causes an overdraft, we recommend contacting your bank to request a refund. Klover can’t issue refunds for overdraft fees, but we’ll do everything we can to help you avoid them.
